Applicable mechanical:Gravure printing machine, flexo printing machine.
Applicable substrates:For all type of film, specially for LDPE,HDPE,
OPP,PO,PVC,PET surface printing after corona treatment.
Print plate depth:15-25um（color）,25-35um（white)
Printing oven heating temperature:The printing machine should have a good drying equipment, so that the surface temperature of the printing film is 60 ~ 80 °C.
Printing speed:Flexo printing speed 30～80 m/min, gravure printing speed 80～150 m/min.

Storage method
Per bucket Storage method:
Avoid hihg temperature and sun exposurem,the best storage temperature is 5-35 C. Shelf life under seal is 12 months

falling and crusting, if the remaining ink contains impurities, filter it first and then use it with new ink. Appropriate amount
of ink before the machine to test the viscosity recommended printing viscosity on the machine 8-12 seconds / coated
