Problems and concerns faced by plastic packaging p
The properties of water-based plastic inks such as viscosity, adhesion, gloss, water drying and adaptability mainly depend on water-based resins. Due to its obvious advantages in gloss weather resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance and pollution resistance, it can show excellent performance whether in direct dispersion or synthetic polymer liquid.
The most important properties of water-based resin in water-based plastic inks are the dispersion and wettability of pigments. Choose an alkali-soluble polymer with hydrophilic 㴰 groups in the resin. Amines are used to neutralize the carboxyl group on the side chain to form salt to provide water soluble energy. The amount and type of amines have great influence on the hydration of polymers and the properties of the hydrated film. Optional ammonia water, monoethanolamine, triethanolamine, N, N-dimethylethanolamine and 2-amino-methylpropanol. The higher the degree of neutralization, the greater the viscosity of water-based plastic ink, the general control PH value of 8-8.5 is better.
